Processing time

Normally, orders will be shipped within 48 working hours after payment. There may be a slight delay during holidays or weekends. （Note: For customized products, please refer to the product page）

Shipping Methods

To accommodate our diverse customer base, we offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: This service is provided at no additional cost and is available to all our shipping destinations.
2. Expedited Shipping: Available for customers who prefer faster delivery. This service incurs an additional fee. 

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free for most products. Additional fees apply for oversized items (e.g., items over 30KGs) ranging from $200 to $500. Specific shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
• Expedited Shipping: As detailed in the shipping methods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS (based on your preference) containing the tracking number. You can track your order by:

1. Logging into your Tesstudio account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
2. Contacting Tesstudio support at info@elecmod.com.

Return Policy

Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damages, do not sign for or open the package. Contact ElecMod Customer Service immediately in such cases. Once the package is signed for, it will be considered as an acknowledgment of the product’s condition. We highly recommend recording a comprehensive unboxing video and checking items against the packing list. If you discover any damages or missing items, please contact ElecMod Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Exception Handling

ElecMod is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:

• Actions of the recipient, including but not limited to changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, refusal to accept delivery, etc.
• Customs clearance delays, with the responsibility resting on the customer in such cases.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, transportation system regulations or disruptions, etc.
• Deliveries not being made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.

Tax Rates and Charges

• Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with the tax laws of the state or country to which the order is shipped. The applicable tax rate is determined based on the shipping address and the current tax laws.
• VAT/GST: For customers in regions where Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable, the tax will be calculated and applied to your order total. The rate and applicability vary by country and are based on the destination of the order.
• Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs agency of the destination country.
